BRFSS is a continuous telephone survey system conducted in all 50 states, DC, and three territories that collects state-level data on health-related risk behaviors, chronic health conditions, and preventive service use among U.S. adults. Data from over 400,000 annual interviews are made publicly available through the CDC website and CDC WONDER database.
